Still Waiting........

I am still waiting to hear back from Virgin Media about getting an itemised bill, to prove to i-to-i, that I phoned them to rearrange my Practical TEFL Training days.... Why does snail mail take so long?
If sending i-to-i this itemised bill does not work I am going to get really angry.

I have to send a copy to Emma and then if I have no luck with her, I will go to the Managing Director, if that doesn't work.... I think Watchdog may want to know about this.
