I am still waiting for Virgin to send me a bill.

How long does it take to print a piece of paper and put it into the post?
I am sure that if I do not get this bill soon, then i-to-i TEFL will just say that there is nothing they can do, due to the time it has taken.
I am starting to get really pissed!
